The 12 Week Fat Loss Personal Training Programme includes but is not limited to:

  • Nutrition guides and shopping lists which should be strictly followed to ensure results.
  • Two 30 minute one-on-one sessions per week. A third session may be added at extra cost and is subject to time slot availability.
  • HIIT and conditioning programme to follow on your own.
  • Fortnightly weigh in and body fat measurements.
