The 12 Week Fat Loss Personal Training Programme includes but is not limited to:
- Nutrition guides and shopping lists which should be strictly followed to ensure results.
- Two 30 minute one-on-one sessions per week. A third session may be added at extra cost and is subject to time slot availability.
- HIIT and conditioning programme to follow on your own.
- Fortnightly weigh in and body fat measurements.
- 24/7 email support.
