The 12 Week Fat Lost Personal Training Program includes but is not limited to:
- nutrition guides and shopping lists which should be strictly followed to ensure results.
- Two 30 minute 1on1 sessions per week. A third session may be added on at extra cost and is subject to time slot availability.
